A mere 15 minute drive from the West of Cologne is the 18-hole golf course Burg Konradsheim. Nestled in the flat wetlands of the Zülpicher Börde, the golf course is idyllically located just below Burg Konradsheim, one of the oldest and best preserved moated castles of North Rhine-Westphalia.
The fairway layout demands precision play but doesn’t overwhelm the not-so-experienced player. The gentle hills and rolling fairways challenge the golfer with interesting angles. Using a typical U.S. layout, the large, ornately sculpted greens are cleverly integrated into the surrounding hills, with various fair-placed water hazards and a landscaping which harmoniously incorporates the old and new trees an aesthetically and athletically pleasing and challenging golf course.
Ideal for beginners is the 3-hole short course which complements the excellent driving range practice facilities. After paying your range fees, you can spend the entire day day. No course permission is necessary for the practice facilities.
